The Bridge Access Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The vaccine is free for eligible uninsured and underinsured individuals, ages 18 and older.
Register for a COVID-19 Test
This FREE testing under contract with the US Department of Health and Human Services prioritizes testing resources for those who are symptomatic, exposed, or at high-risk of severe outcomes. Eligibility is based on current regulations.
Look for emergency warning signs* for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:
- Trouble breathing
- Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
- New confusion
- Inability to wake or stay awake
- Bluish lips or face
